Mark L. Allred was an Article I federal judge serving on the United States Court of Military Commission Review. Allred joined the court on October 29, 2014. The court reviews military commission trials and is composed of military judges appointed by the Secretary of Defense and civilian judges appointed by the president.[1]

Education

Allred earned two B.A.s from Weber State University in 1981 and 1983. He also obtained a J.D. from the University of Utah and an M.S. from the Air War College in 1986 and 2004, respectively.[2]
