Jane Neal
Jane Neal was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 25 of the New York State Senate. She ran unsuccessfully as a 2012 Republican candidate for District 19 of the New York State Senate.
Neal was removed from the ballot before the primary.[1]

Elections for the New York State Senate took place in 2014. A primary election took place on September 9, 2014. The general election took place November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was July 10, 2014. Incumbent Velmanette Montgomery was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Jane Neal was removed from the ballot before the Republican primary. Montgomery also ran on the Working Families Party ticket. Montgomery was unchallenged in the general election.[2][3][4]

Neal ran in the 2012 election for New York State Senate District 19. She ran unopposed in the Republican primary on September 13, 2012 and was defeated by incumbent John L. Sampson (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[5][6][7][8]
