Harper graduated from Henry County High School. He earned a B.A. from Mercer University and a J.D. degree from Georgia State University.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the bench, Harper was a former special assistant attorney general prosecutor for the Department of Family and Children Services. He is also a former judge pro tem of the Henry County Probate Court. In addition, he served as an aide to former U.S. Congressman, Mac Collins.[3]
