Jason Marshall Kute was a Libertarian candidate for Texas Railroad Commission in the 2014 elections.[1]

Kute ran for election to the office of Texas Railroad Commission but dropped out at the Libertarian convention on April 11 and endorsed his former opponent Mark Miller.[2][1]
