Jeffrey Scott Lawless is a judge of the 28th District Court in Kentucky, which presides over the counties of Pulaski and Rockcastle.[1] He began serving in 2005 and was re-elected without opposition in 2010 and 2014.[2][3][4] His four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[5]

Lawless attended Somerset Community College from 1982 to 1983, going on to graduate with a B.A. in history and political science from the University of Kentucky in 1987. He earned his J.D. there in 1990.[6]
