Jennifer Gardiner is a judge of the Oregon 3rd Judicial District Circuit Courts. She assumed office on February 2, 2022.

She was appointed to the court on February 2, 2022 by Kate Brown to replace Cheryl Pellegrini.[1]
Biography
Gardiner received her bachelor's degree from Stanford University in 1994 and her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2000. After graduating, she worked as a litigation associate for Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton for two years. She then served as a deputy district attorney in Yamhill County, Oregon for six years, served as a senior assistant attorney general at the Oregon Department of Justice Criminal Justice Division for one year, and served as a deputy district attorney in Marion County for seven years. From 2018 to 2022, Gardiner served as a hearing referee for Marion County.[1]
