Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

Jodi met her husband, Cliff in a local shag dance club 25 years ago. They have been married 21 years now. After they married she moved to Stoneville where her husband was born and raised. Jodi immediately fell in love with the area and immersed herself into public service and meeting new friends. Right away, she knew this was the place that she wanted to raise her family. In 1999, Jodi and Cliff began their family. They now have 3 children, Carmen, who is 19 and a sophomore at UNCW, "little" Cliff, who is 17 and a senior at McMichael High School and Danni, who is 16 and a junior at McMichael High School.

You will often see Jodi carrying real estate signs from her downtown office in Stoneville or helping her husband Cliff, owner of SERVPRO, load equipment into his company vehicles for his team to run out to an emergency water or fire restoration job. Knowing the importance of a vibrant and diverse small town, Jodi and Cliff both chose to open their small businesses in downtown Stoneville. They feel it's very important to support their hometown in every way possible and to help take care of it so that the following generations will also want to raise their families here.

When Jodi's not downtown she's meeting with prospective new residents helping them to find their new home or business owners locate the best commercial property for their company. She "sells" Stoneville every day in some fashion.
