John A. Peterson, Jr. is a judge on the Vicinage 14 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] Peterson was appointed to the court in 1999 and obtained tenured status in 2006. He will now serve on the bench until he reaches 70 years of age in 2021.[2][3]

Peterson received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1973 and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina Law School in 1981.[4]
