John T. Mullaney, Jr. was a judge on the Vicinage 9 Superior Court in New Jersey. He joined the court on July 7, 2005. Mullaney became a tenured judge on May 24, 2012, and retired from the bench in 2015 upon reaching the mandatory retirement age .[1][2]

Education

Mullaney received a bachelor's degree and a J.D. from Seton Hall University.[2]

Career

Prior to becoming a judge for the Vicinage 9 Superior Court, Mullaney was an attorney in Eatontown, New Jersey. He practiced various types of law including criminal law, municipal law, personal injury law, and real estate law.[3]
