John W. Pickard

John W. Pickard was a judge on the Litchfield District Superior Court in Connecticut.[1] He was appointed to the bench in 2000 by Governor John Rowland. His term expired February 29, 2016.[2]

Pickard earned an undergraduate degree from Bates College in Maine and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1973.[3]
