Joseph A. Licari, Jr. was a judge trial referee on the New Haven District Superior Court in Connecticut.[1] Licari was appointed to the court in 2000 and confirmed by the Connecticut General Assembly in February 2000 for an eight-year term.[2] His term expired in 2016.[3]
