Joseph D. O'Keefe
Joseph D. O'Keefe was an administrative judge for the orphans' court division on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. O'Keefe was first elected to the court in 1983. He was retained in 1993 and 2003.[1][2] He ran for retention in 2013.[3]
2013 election
O'Keefe was retained to the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas with 79.3 percent of the vote on November 5, 2013.[3][4]
Education
O'Keefe earned his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and his J.D. from Duquesne University.[5]
Career
Prior to joining the court, O'Keefe was general counsel of the Philadelphia Housing Authority and an assistant district attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.[1][2]
