Joseph J. Ellis is a circuit court judge for the 15th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since 2008.[2]
Education
Ellis received his undergraduate degree from Millsaps College and his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University.[3]
