Joseph W. Seidlin

Joseph W. Seidlin is an associate judge of the Fifth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 2013.[1] He was retained in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2020.[2]

Seidlin was retained to the District 5C Court with 72.5 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2]
Education
Seidlin received his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Drake University in 1982 and 1985, respectively.[1]
Career
From 2005 until 2013, Seidlin was a magistrate judge for Iowa District Five. Before that he has worked as a private practice lawyer, and from 1986 to 1989 he served as corporate counsel.[1]
