Josh M. Fredericks
Josh M. Fredericks was an assigned judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California.[1] He joined the court in 2000 and retired in September 2009.[2] After his retirement, he participated in the Assigned Judges Program, which assigns retired judges temporary jurisdiction in the event of vacancies or high case loads in the courts.[3]
Education
Fredericks earned an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Southern California in 1972. He went on to receive his J.D. from Loyola University and was admitted to the state bar in 1977.[2]

- 2000-2009: Judge, Los Angeles County Superior Court (Elevated as part of court unification)
- 1986-2000: Judge, South Bay Municipal Court (Appointed by Gov. George Deukmejian)
- 1977-1986: Sole practitioner with a concentration on criminal defense[2]
