Judge Fox to retire after 40 years

Fairmount, West Virginia: Judge Fred L. Fox, II, of the Marion County Circuit Court (16th Judicial Circuit), has announced that he plans to retire on December 1, 2010. The 72-year-old judge has served on this court for 40 years. The court will appoint a temporary replacement until a new judge is appointed by Gov. Manchin.[1]
UPDATE: Judge Fox will continue to serve the courts on senior status.[2]
