Judith C. Ensor is a judge on the Third Circuit Court for Baltimore County in Maryland.[1] She has served as a judge on the court since November 28, 2005.[2][3]
Education
Ensor received her undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University in 1979 and her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1988.[2]
Career
Before she became a judge, Ensor was a partner at the firm of Whiteford, Taylor, & Preston, LLP from 1998 to 2005. She also previously served as a law clerk to Judge Frederic Smalkin of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.[2]
