Judith K. Fitzgerald was a bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Western District of Pennsylvania. Judge Fitzgerald was appointed to the court on October 30, 1987, and reappointed to a second 14-year term in 2001. She served as Chief Judge from 2000 through 2004.[1] Fitzgerald retired from the court on May 31, 2013.[2]
