Judith Waksberg
Judith Waksberg is a judge of the Kings County Family Court in New York. She was first appointed to the court as an interim civil court judge by Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) in July 2015, serving in family court. She was appointed to the family court in January 2017.[1]
Biography
Waksberg graduated from Brandeis University and earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law.[1]
Prior to her appointment in 2016, Waksberg worked for the Legal Aid Society for 32 years. She served as director of the society's Juvenile Rights Appeals Units for 17 years.[1]
