Kathleen Martin Rogers
Kathleen Martin Rogers was a judge of the St. Lawrence County Surrogate's Court in New York. She was elected to the court in 1989 and served until her retirement on May 30, 2014.[1] She was re-elected in 1998 and 2008.[2] Rogers also served as an acting justice for the St. Lawrence County Supreme Court.[3]
Education
Rogers earned an undergraduate degree, with honors, from Mount Holyoke College. She was awarded a J.D. degree from Albany School of Law of Union University.[2]
Career
Prior to joining the surrogate's court in 1989, Rogers served as a justice for the Potsdam Village Court. She also previously served as a law clerk for the surrogate's court.[2]
