Kay A. Lindsay
Kay A. Lindsay was a Utah Fourth Judicial District judge for Utah County, Utah for the Provo Juvenile Court of the Provo/South Utah County.[1] Judge Lindsay was first appointed to this position in December 1992 by Governor Norman H. Bangerter.[2] She retired in December 2013[3]
Education
Lindsay received her J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in 1967.[2]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge, Lindsay served as an assistant county attorney, Guardian ad Litem for the Fourth District Juvenile Court, and an associate in the law firm of Taylor, Moody and Thorne in Provo.[2]
