Keith Marquart is an associate circuit court judge for the 5th Judicial Circuit Court in Buchanan County, Missouri. Marquart was appointed circuit court judge in 1988 and appointed to his current position as associate judge in 1989. He was then elected in 1990.[1][2]

He was re-elected to the 5th Judicial Circuit Court in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[3]

Marquart ran for re-election to the 5th Judicial Circuit Court, Associate Judge position.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 5, 2014.
General: He defeated David Peppard in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 68.4 percent of the vote. [3] 

2010

Marquart defeated candidate Merle Kasten Turner with 70% of the vote in the November 2 general election for judge on the 5th Judicial Circuit.[4]
