History of local recalls

Residents of Cottrellville Township have pursued multiple recall efforts against town officials since 2007. In that year, Russelburg was part of a group that recalled the town clerk, who is married to 2015 recall organizer Robert Pfaff.[1] A recall effort against all five board members in 2007 ultimately failed. Township trustee Mike Zoran was successfully recalled in 2014.[5]
