Ken M. Howard is the chief circuit court judge for the 9th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Hardin County of Kentucky.[1] He was first elected to the court in 2007 and was re-elected without opposition in 2014.[2][3] His current eight-year term expires on January 1, 2023.[4]
