Kenneth W. Seamans was the president judge on the Susquehanna County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Seamans was retained in 2007.[2] He retired in January 2015.[3]
Education
Seamans earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from Temple University.[4]
