Kevin McGrath (New York)
Kevin McGrath is a judge of the New York City Criminal Court. He assumed office in 2009. His current term ends on December 31, 2028.

McGrath was originally appointed an interim judge of the New York City Civil Court in September of 2008 and was reappointed to a full term in 2009. He was appointed to serve on the Criminal Court in January of 2009.[1][2]
Education
McGrath received his undergraduate degree from the Catholic University of America and his J.D. degree from Fordham Law School.[1]
Career
McGrath worked for the Kings County District Attorney's Office for 15 years prior to his judicial appointment. By the end of his career at that office, he was working as the Chief of the Criminal Court Bureau. He was appointed an interim Civil Court judge in September of 2008 and joined the Criminal Court in 2009.[1]
