Kymber Housley was nominated to the First Judicial District in Cache County, Utah for the District Courts. He was appointed by Gov. Gary Herbert on February 22, 2013 to fill the seat vacated by retired judge Clint S. Judkins, however he withdrew his nomination before he was confirmed by the Senate.[1][2]
