Lamar McCorkle was a judicial candidate for Texas District 133 in 2012.

Education

McCorkle received his undergraduate degree from University of Arizona and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law.[1]

Career

McCorkle is a private practice attorney. He was previously on the bench in Texas District 133 after being elected. He has also worked at the Harris County Sheriff's Office.[1]

2012 election

McCorkle ran for election to the 133rd District Court and was defeated by incumbent Jaclanel McFarland.[2] McCorkle has defeated fellow Republican Sharon J. Hemphill in the primary election.[3]
