Baldwin received a B.A. in accounting from Florida State University and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.[4]
Career
Baldwin began his legal career in private practice. He became an assistant solicitor for Hall County in 1998. In 2004, he became the general solicitor for the State Court of Hall County. He was appointed to the court as a judge in 2008.[4]
