Lawrence E. Ornell is a judge of the Superior Court of Sonoma County in California. He was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown on December 27, 2013 for a term that expires in 2019. He replaced retired judge Mark Tansil.[1]

Ornell received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Sacramento and his J.D. from the Empire College School of Law.[1]
