Lawrence H. Fautsch was a judge of District One in Iowa. He was appointed to the court in 1991. He retired in 2010, and served as a senior judge.

Education

Fautsch received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1971 and his law degree from Drake University in 1974.

Career

Prior to joining the court, he was a private practice lawyer and an assistant Dubuque County attorney. He was then appointed associate district court judge in 1986 and he worked in this position until 1991.
