Leroy Himebauch

Leroy Himebauch was a Wisconsin Municipal Courts judge for Walworth County, Wisconsin. Kenosha County, Racine County, and Walworth County make up the 2nd Judicial District.[1] He was up for re-election in 2010 and lost to opponent James A. Ritchie.
