The Louisiana Flood Emergency Funding, Amendment 13, also known as Amendment 13, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 3, 1998, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment allowed the Interim Emergency Board to borrow or appropriate up to $250,000 in anticipation of a flood emergency.[1]
