The Louisiana State Infrastructure Bank, Amendment 7 was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 3, 1998, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The amendment would have allowed the direction of public funds towards the Louisiana Infrastructure Bank established the year prior.[1]
