Louisiana State Stock Investments, Amendment 2 (1999)

The Louisiana State Stock Investments Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 20, 1999, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This amendment proposed that the state treasurer could invest funds from the Rockefeller Wildlife Refuge Trust and Protection Fund and the Russell Sage or Marsh Island Refuge Fund in stocks.[1][2]
