Louisiana Workers' Compensation, Amendment 4 (1999)

The Louisiana Workers' Compensation Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 20, 1999, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that after the backing of the state expires, the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation may not be dissolved or sold to another insurance company.[1][2]
