The Louisiana Workers' Compensation Fund Amendment, also known as Amendment 6, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 19, 1991, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to improve the availability of wokers' compensation insurance for employers in Louisiana by creating a nonprofit corporation with state backing to provide this insurance.[1][2]
