Mack Redford was a member of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, the state agency charged with regulating the state's utility companies. He was appointed to the position in 2007.[1] Redford passed away on June 30, 2015.[2]

Following his graduation from law school, Redford became a deputy in the Idaho Attorney General's office in 1967. From there he went on to become a deputy attorney general for the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands in 1977. Redford then became general counsel for Morrison Knudsen Engineers and Morrison Knudsen International in 1981, legal counsel for the Channel Tunnel Contractors from 1990-91, an attorney with Park & Burkett in 1992, contract and claims counsel for the Arun Ill Hydroelectric Project in 1993, general counsel for Micron Construction in 1996, finally joining Elam & Burke in 2001.[1]
