The Maine Armory Expansion, Rehabilitation and Construction Bond Issue, also known as Bond Issue 7, was on the November 4, 1986 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred bond question, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have provided $3.1 million dollars for the expansion, rehabilitation and construction of the armory.[2][3]
