The Maine Jonesport Reach Bridge Bond Issue, also known as Referendum Question, was on the September 12, 1955 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred bond question, where it was approved.[1] The measure authorized the issuing of up to $1 million in bonds to pay for the construction of a bridge across Jonesport Reach.[2]
Aftermath
On October 12, 1959, a bonded debt of $920,000 remained on the bridge.[3]
