Marc B. Gilner was a judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court in Manatee County, Florida. He was appointed to this position by former Governor Jeb Bush on July 15, 1999, and took office the following September. Gilner did not seek re-election in 2014, and retired when his term expired on January 5, 2015.[1][2]

Education

Gilner received his B.A. degree from the University of Florida in 1976 and his J.D. degree from Stetson University in 1978.[1]

Career

Prior to his appointment to the circuit court, Gilner was a Manatee County Court judge.[3][4]
