Margaret H. Schreiber
Margaret H. Schreiber is a judge of the Florida 9th Circuit Court. Her current term ends on January 5, 2027.
Schreiber won re-election for judge of the Florida 9th Circuit Court outright after the general election on November 3, 2020, was canceled.
Schreiber previously served as a judge for the court from the time of her appointment on August 2, 2011, by Governor Rick Scott until the end of that term on January 7, 2013.[1][2]
Education
Schreiber received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University.[1]
Career
After spending one year clerking for Judge Phillip A. Hubbart of Florida's Third District of Court Appeal, Schreiber became a lawyer in private practice. She worked with the firms of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes, & Hold, P.A. (1983-86), Fleming, O’Bryan, & Fleming (1986-88), and was a shareholder of Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor, & Reed, P.A. (1988-2001). She then served as general counsel to Mr. Foamy of Central Florida until 2009, when she joined Williams & Williams. She was a partner of that firm at the time of her appointment to the Ninth Circuit Court in 2011.[1]

Primary: She was elected in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 66.7 percent of the vote. She competed against Frank George.
