Mark Fitzsimmons
Mark Fitzsimmons was an associate circuit court judge for the 31st Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] He served as a judge for the court from 1999 until his retirement from the bench on October 30, 2014.[2]
Education
Fitzsimmons received his undergraduate degree from Illinois College, his master's degree from Western Illinois, and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Fitzsimmons worked as an attorney in private practice for seventeen years.[2]
Elections
2010
Fitzsimmons was retained to the 31st Circuit Court on November 2, 2010, receiving 76.8% of the vote.[4]
