Mark Luitjen
Mark Luitjen was a judicial candidate for Texas District 379.
Education
Luitjen received his undergraduate degree from Trinity University and his J.D. from St. Mary’s University Law School.[1]
Career
At the time of his candidacy, Luitjen worked as a Texas District Judge by Assignment. He was elected in 1998 to the bench of 144th Criminal District Court of Bexar County. He served there from 1999 - 2006. Luitjen has also worked for the Bexar County District Attorney in a number of positions.[1]
2012 election
Luitjen ran for election to the 379th District Court and was defeated by incumbent Ron Rangel.[2][3]
