Mark Nacke was a Lake County judge of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida from 2006 to 2018. He was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush in December of 2005 and was sworn in on February 24, 2006.[1][2][3] Nacke retired in July 2018.[4]

Nacke ran for re-election to the Fifth Circuit Court.
As an unopposed candidate, he was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot.[5] 

Education

Nacke graduated from the Stetson University College of Law. In 1982, he was admitted to the Florida Bar.[6]

Career

Nacke began practicing law in 1982. Prior to his judicial appointment in 2005, he was as an assistant public defender in Lake County.[1]
