Education
Plaisance received his undergraduate degree in A.S. in General Business in 1982 and B.A. in Communication Arts in 1983 from Nicholls State University and his J.D. from the Louisiana State Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.[3][4]
Career
Plaisance has spent his legal career in the private practice of law. He specializes in handling high-profile and complicated appeals. He previously served as a judge of the Baker City Court from 2003 to 2008.[5][4]
