Marsha Beckelman
Marsha Beckelman was a judge of the Sixth District of Iowa. She was appointed to this position in 2003 and retired on July 3, 2014.[1][2]
Education
Beckelman graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor's degree in 1979. She then received her law degree from the University of Iowa in 1988.[1]
Career
Beckelman began her career as an assistant city attorney for Hiawatha and Lisbon. She also worked as a private practice lawyer from 1999 until her judicial appointment in 2003.[1]
2012 election
Beckelman was retained to the district court in the general election on November 6, winning 79.36% of the vote.[3][4]
