Martin R. Banks

Education
Banks attended Clemson University from 1979 to 1980 and then transferred to the University of South Carolina. There he earned his B.S. in business administration. After working for a few years, he received his M.A. in Christian Education from Columbia International University in 1989. He then received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1992. He is now married to Kathy Banks and has one daughter.[2]
Career
After earning his degree, Banks worked as sole practitioner and public defender in St. Matthews, South Carolina. He has served on the South Carolina Bar Fee Disputes Board for many years as well.[2]
