Mary Jane Phelps is a district court judge for the 14th District Court, which presides over Bourbon, Scott, and Woodford counties in Kentucky.[1] She was re-elected without opposition in 2010 and 2014, and her four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[2][3][4][5]

Education

Phelps earned a B.A. from Transylvania University, going on to receive his J.D. from the University of Kentucky. She was admitted to the bar in 1989.[7]

Career

Prior to joining the judiciary, Phelp was an assistant commonwealth's attorney in Scott County.[8]
