The Maryland Clerk of Courts Salary Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 3, 1942 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure set guidelines for the salaries for the Clerks of Courts and Registers of Wills.[1][2]
